Throughout Europe, about 300 employess (m/f/d) work on meeting the diverse requirements in the areas of asset management, facility management and property management. For more than ten years, our experts have been organizing and developing modern and integrally oriented utilization concepts on behalf of our long-term clients.

In order to strenghten our team in Berlin, we are recruiting at the earliest possible date:

Personal Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Support our Senior Financial Officer in performing her roles by managing complex diaries, arranging travels & meetings and performing administrative support tasks
  • Provide assistance with all administrative tasks related to the success of the team: meetings and conferences organisation, mail distribution, travel arrangements, business letters preparation, holiday and other absences requests
  • Provide a first point of contact to a wide range of internal and external clients, dealing with confidential and sensitive queries and building relationships whilst supporting client facing activities
  • Participate in project coordination, ensuring that all project members are updated with the most recent meeting minutes, action points, schedules and reports
  • Be responsible for research and production of documents as required using internal databases, Internet & publications

Your qualifications

  • Multi-year Experience as a private assistant
  • Outstanding knowledge of the English language and a very good level of German (both verbally and written)
  • Willingness to work into complex and changing topics and maintain a high level of quality
  • Ability to independently prioritise within extended task lists
  • Ability to find quick solutions for unforeseen or last-minute changes
  • Absolute discretion, reliability and loyalty
